Your private session with Emilie Olson and the delivery of fully edited high resolution images through a private online gallery. A large volume of photos from each session will be included in black and white to give you extra options! A beautiful display of prints, albums and more are available easily through the online gallery.

Delivery can be reasonably expected within 3-6 weeks or less, depending on the height of the wedding season.

There are many variables to consider, though it’s reasonable to expect 50+.

Rather than cap the final amount you might receive, I believe in delivering as many as I feel are worthy to my clients!

Sessions are often complete in and around 1 hour.

We may wish to discuss adding time (at an additional fee) should we be arranging a group larger than 6, multiple outfit changes, or added locations, etc. Let’s chat about your needs.

For any young children

Please feel free to pack snacks or toys. It’s best to keep these items close by but offer them after the session is done, or during a small break. Of course, you know your child best!

Provisions

Depending on our location and the time of year, consider packing bug spray, sunscreen or additional footwear/clothing to be on the safe side.

Dogs are always welcome

They are family, too! Any pet for that matter. I do recommend arranging an additional family member or friend to help you manage your pet especially if they must stay on leash for the duration of the session.

Timing

It’s greatly helpful to arrive 10-15 minutes early whenever possible. This allows you time to get settled before we’re on the clock. I don’t mind staying a bit longer than planned, but occasionally I will have following appointments to respect.

Cancellation of the session within 24 hours will result in a refund of 50%.

Should the photographer require a cancellation after payment is accepted, a full refund will be issued.

In the event of weather restrictions, the date may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Payment is due in full the day prior to your session, via e-transfer to emilie@emilieolson.com

Surprising a loved one with a photo session makes for an excellent baby shower, birthday, anniversary or holiday gift!

A PDF will be provided to gift your loved one. Hard copy certificates can be made available for an additional charge of $20 for materials and postage.

Your loved one will schedule the session with me and I will contact you for payment once their booking is complete.
