1:00PM: Emilie arrives at the hotel - begin with the groom

Quick photo of his items (jacket, tie, shoes, watch, etc.). Casual photos getting dressed / with his entourage, having a glass of scotch, etc. Alex can go back into comfy clothes after, if he wishes.

1:45/2:00PM: Emilie joins the bride in her room

Quick photo of her items (dress, flowers, invitations, rings, jewelry, etc.). Casual photos of makeup/hair touch ups, adjusting the dress, champagne with the ladies, etc.

3:30PM: Bride and groom photos (exact spot TBD, ~20-30 minutes max)

4:00PM: Couple stays hidden while guests begin to arrive and get settled for the ceremony

4:30PM: Start of ceremony (on the presidential suite balcony)

5:00PM: Start of cocktail (Also on the balcony, during sunset)

5:15PM: Father of the bride speech

5:30/5:40PM: Bride and groom sunset photos by the water (~10 minutes)

+Family photos (exact spot TBD, list in-progress)

6:15PM: Guests move to reception area (wine cellar)

Emilie takes photos of the dinning room decor before guests enter

6:30PM: Start of reception

Photograph the cake (on it’s own, or with the couple, or being cut, TBD)
