Sample Family Photo List

Here is a simple example to help you format your own formal family photo list, making the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible for everyone.

For each person or group, please include their relationship to you as well as their first names. This helps me identify people more quickly on the wedding day. There's no need to include your own names.

Optional:

Feel free to add additional sections, such as Friends, Cousins, or Optional Groupings During the Reception.

Optionally, if there are any sensitive family dynamics (divorce, estrangement, loss, etc.), feel free to note them beside the relevant groupings so I can help the photo portion of the day run smoothly.

I recommend scheduling grandparents, young children, and anyone with mobility concerns near the beginning of family photos so they can return to enjoying the celebration quicker.
