Question & Answer

So many great questions have come up over the years and I've always wanted to put them together for people to refer to, I've learned a lot about myself being in a position to answer them and it could clarify a lot to anyone who's considering hiring a professional photographer for an important event in their life.

You can have a Christmas card photograph done anywhere or document your own travels most of the time, but there's many reason why we hire a professional. They're also an investment, I'm first to share that it isn't cheap (or else we would have everything in our lives covered by professionals), so everyone should know what we can do for you and why we do it.

Q:

My favourite question over all these years is this, 'What is the most important factor to getting a great photograph'?

A:

This varies from photographer to photographer. There are many genres of photographer, and a journalist may not be a great choice for a portrait photographer, or a newborn photographer may not be suitable as a wedding photographer. As a lifestyle and wedding photographer, and many photographers of all kinds could agree, the most important factor is light.

Light is important because.
