I met with Alexa at her parent's house a few months prior to the wedding to discuss details about how the day would go and see the property. I expected the property to be beautiful based on where it was located in the town of Hudson, QC and from her description. But this house and property were made for the perfect country wedding! Fields, trails, willow trees, hay bales and a magical house.
I was thrilled to work with some new vendors. Natalie Torres of Vive Events coordinated the event, her and I were right there with each other throughout the day and she ran a tight ship! A photographer is so thankful to work beside vendors who work with them too! Floralia provided arrangements of amazing colours and textures for a September wedding. 2 Barn Owls are friends of mine and this is also our first wedding side by side (and I refuse for it to be the last!) All vendors involved delivered 110%.
Country girl met country boy. I think that contributes to their down to earth personalities, A+A are completely goofy, genuine, and wonderful (not to mention good looking). I loved their enthusiasm to try anything and that they were smiles from start to finish. I start most of my work days with "How are you feeling, are you excited!?", often I'm met with stress; not for a minute with these two.
Thank you A+A for being you. It was a total blast!
